Watermarks - Broken Hill Regional Art Gallery - 2015
This exhibition has a focus on the waterways between Wollongong and Broken Hill. Mapping the creeks and rivers that inscribe the landscape of central and western New South Wales, Kim gathered sounds, images, clay and soil samples from selected rivers. The resulting works incorporate these materials to evoke waterways such as the Murrumbidgee, Murray, Darling and Bogan Rivers. Additionally, two works from previous shows are exhibited in new iterations.
